As a certified Register Accountant (RA) and with more than five years at Topicus, he has developed a deep understanding of how financial insight can support better business decisions and long-term value creation. As CFO of Akkuro, Tom works closely with leadership and management teams to connect financial performance with strategic and operational priorities. As Operations Manager for Akkuro Savings & Investments, Kelly is responsible for delivery, quality assurance and HR across the business line. As co-founder of Five Degrees, he held several executive leadership roles, including CTO and Managing Director, helping grow the company internationally and develop modern, scalable banking solutions. Following the acquisition of Five Degrees by Topicus in 2023, Björn continues to drive innovation through Akkuro, focusing on next-generation core banking technology and digital transformation.
