Newomij’s existing IT landscape relied on ISAB, a 20-year-old system for mortgage underwriting and management
Alongside ISAB, Newomij used Yardi for administration, SharePoint for document management, and Excel for CRM. This fragmented setup was outdated and hindered growth. To realise its ambitions, Newomij required a modern lending platform that could:
