The impact you will make as a SaaS Support Engineer
As a SaaS Support Engineer, you are part of the team responsible for managing our SaaS platform within the EuroPort+ IT landscape. In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers who have questions or challenges with our software. 
You are more than a problem solver — you think critically, act with a customer-first mindset, and know how to distinguish between what’s urgent and what’s not. In a dynamic environment, you maintain oversight and stay focused on what truly matters: satisfied clients and meaningful improvements. You collaborate closely with customers, consultants, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters to find the best solutions.

What you will do as a SaaS Support Engineer
You provide support and manage client environments. Through first-line contact, you handle incoming incidents and requests, gather the right information, analyse the situation, and involve the right development teams where needed.
You work on complex cases, switching smoothly between internal and external stakeholders. You also monitor client environments and processes to prevent issues and identify improvement opportunities.
Additionally:
- You switch easily between tasks and priorities
 - You proactively suggest process and service improvements
 - You feel responsible for customer satisfaction and quality
 
What you bring as a SaaS Support Engineer
You are a proactive problem solver with a service-oriented mindset. You ask the right questions, look beyond the initial request, and focus on understanding the customer’s true needs.

 - You have an affinity for IT and new technologies
 - Relevant experience is a plus, but motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm are equally important
