What you will do as a SaaS Application Specialist

You are responsible for managing client relationships and analysing their needs. You gather information from clients, identify issues, and involve the relevant development teams.

You will also:

• Handle complex cases, coordinating between various internal and external parties
• Oversee the implementation of new software releases
  
• Actively monitor client environments and processes
• Prepare and discuss reports with clients
• Alternate between coordinating and supporting activities
• Contribute ideas to improve our services further

What you bring as a SaaS Support Engineer

Additionally:

• You are proactive and know when to challenge the client
• You have an affinity with IT
• You have an energetic, hands-on personality
• Experience is a plus, but motivation and enthusiasm matter most
