Your mission as Partner Success Manager
At Akkuro, we’re investing heavily in expanding our partner ecosystem. As Partner Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our partners succeed, enabling them to scale their offerings, accelerate their time to market, and boost their sales while delivering exceptional customer value through our Akkuro platform.
We’re on a mission to scale internationally. With that, we’re also expanding our partnership ecosystem, and you’ll be the very first to set the standard. You’ll lay down the foundation for our partnership program and our partnership engagement model. Ultimately, you'll build solid relations and a shared funnel with our consultancy, integration, and technology partners.

Your team and role
As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing, and fun team, consisting of Marketing, Sales, and Business Line colleagues. You will work closely with a portfolio of international partners to guide them from onboarding through growth and renewal. You’ll help optimize their go-to-market strategies, maximize value from the Akkuro ecosystem, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with business goals and shared success. Collaborating with their Sales teams, you’ll identify new opportunities, drive co-selling initiatives, and ensure every partnership delivers tangible results.
You’ll be building communities, educating, designing, and evangelizing. As our first partnership manager, you’ll help strengthen the foundation for our entire partner ecosystem and have the opportunity to scale the team as success grows.

What you will do as Partner Success Manager
In this role, you will lead the development and enablement of strategic partnerships at an advanced level, taking ownership of complex partner portfolios and regional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Serving as a trusted advisor to partners, you will guide them through transformation to services-led business models. You will play a key part in driving change through strategic planning, actionable insights, and enabling partners to successfully transition and thrive in a services-driven environment.
This includes:
- Developing the Akkuro partnership engagement model
- Developing (regional) go-to-market strategies with key partners
- Managing and growing strategic relationships with key partners, providing leadership to ensure delivery against KPIs
- Claiming ownership of partner pipeline
- Owning and expanding a portfolio of complex partner relationships, offering strategic guidance and acting as an escalation point for partners and internal teams
- Driving the transformation from license to services-led business models, supporting partners through change and enabling new go-to-market strategies
- Exhibiting advanced technical and business acumen, delivering impactful executive-level presentations and providing strategic guidance through the sales cycle

Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar partnership role within a SaaS or software vendor ecosystem
- A proven track record of driving partner revenue growth, from onboarding through go-to-market execution and expansion
- The ability to translate technology into business outcomes, clearly articulating how Akkuro enables partners to accelerate commercial success
- Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how SaaS business models work, including pricing, monetization, and marketplaces
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally
- A structured and proactive mindset, able to build and manage partner success plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling
- Based in the Netherlands and flexible to travel as needed (approximately 20%)

- Proven existing relationships with Tier 1 players within the technology sector (e.g., Microsoft, Accenture, and Backbase)
