Become the bridge between technology and practice as an Implementation Consultant! What you will do as an Implementation Consultant
As an Implementation Consultant, you guide the full implementation process and act as the main point of contact for the client. Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the link between client operations and our development teams, ensuring client requirements are clearly translated and successfully implemented
- Advising on implementation and supporting clients through change processes
- Configuring client requirements yourself where possible, together with your team members
- Combining deep product knowledge with market insight to implement and improve software platforms
- Actively driving continuous improvement
What you bring as an Implementation Consultant
You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to motivate people in a coaching manner.
Additionally, you have:
- A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in IT or Finance
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate easily with diverse stakeholders
- Affinity for technology and digitalization
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a structured way
- Expertise in your field, analyzing challenges thoroughly before taking action
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
- Willingness to travel internationally, as we serve both national and international clients
