What you will do as a Java Developer
You’ll be part of Team Delta, a close-knit DevOps team with Bernd, Hilde, Jeroen, Stefan, and Thomas.
Together, you develop and manage a key component of our Akkuro platform: the layer that ensures the automatic and reliable exchange of data between banks and entrepreneurs. Within the team, you also build a data hub for Dutch banks, where data is validated and processed.
You’ll work on robust, fully automated cloud processes on OpenShift/Kubernetes in Azure. You’ll use modern tooling, including AI-assisted development, and actively contribute ideas regarding architecture, performance, and security.

What you bring as a Java Developer
What we value:
- At least 2 years’ experience leading Scrum teams in an IT environment
- The courage to ask critical questions and provide motivating feedback — both at team level and 1:1
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas persuasively to build buy-in
- Sound organizational awareness
- Development experience (preferred)
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Scrum framework
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a results focus
