The impact you will make as an Information Analyst

Together with the Product Owner, you are the first point of contact for new projects. With the team and our customers, you translate information into clear, structured work items that developers can act on. Your work does not end after writing the stories; you are actively involved in developing the functionality you specified. You take ownership of coordination and can define requirements. You apply a range of analysis techniques and methods with a proactive attitude. You connect business and technology, working closely with developers to find appropriate solutions.

You don’t need to have all knowledge upfront, as long as you are eager to learn and open to developing as an analyst in the mortgage domain.

What you will do as an Information Analyst

In your day-to-day work, you contribute to new software and are not afraid of tackling challenges in existing systems. Building strong customer relationships is essential, so you maintain close contact with key stakeholders.

We are looking for a driven Information Analyst who is ready to uncover customer needs, shows boldness, and enjoys taking on challenges. You will join a close-knit team in an informal environment, celebrating successes together and regularly collaborating at our modern Deventer office.  

What you bring as an Information Analyst

You are driven to grow professionally and personally. You enjoy sharing ideas and can persuade colleagues and stakeholders. You take initiative and act proactively.  

We further value: 

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Preferably available 32–40 hours per week
  • Ability to switch easily between different topics and stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm for customer contact
  • The confidence to rally the team and take the lead when needed
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, proposing improvements
  • Knowledge of the mortgage domain (preferred)
