What you will do as a Customer Success Employee
As a Customer Success Employee at Akkuro Lending, you are the indispensable link between customer and technology. You ensure customer questions become more than answers — you translate them into improvements with real impact. Together with your team, you work on the best possible customer experience and an increasingly intelligent software product.
- You are the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels
 - You document findings and actively contribute solution directions
 - You collaborate with consultants to translate customer needs into software solutions
 - You test findings and route them to the right development teams
 - You coordinate urgent incidents and communicate clearly with customers
 - You identify patterns in customer feedback and initiate structural improvements
 - You contribute actively to configuring Akkuro Lending for our customers
 
Above all, you remain calm and structured, even under pressure.
What you bring as a Customer Success Employee
- You are the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels
 - At least MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level with relevant experience
 - Initiative and drive to improve our services
 - Flexibility and resilience during peak workload or urgent issues
 - Fluent in English
 - Experience with IT and/or Atlassian Jira (preferred)
